The City intends to adjust the Budget for the period July 2022 – June 2023 that reflects key policy decisions and priorities, determines rates increases and indicates where money will be spent on programmes and services.

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000, the Municipal Finance Management Act No. 56 of 2003 and the Municipal Property Rates Act No. 6 of 2004, that the City’s draft 2022-2027 Integrated Development Plan document and draft Budget for 2022/23 will be available for comment.
